**About the Project**:

- Team of up to 10 in your crew
- Scope includes:
- Precast wet well and submersible pump fit out
- Chemical dosing installations
- Interconnecting above
- and below-ground pipework, control valves, and instrumentation
- Conduits and pits
- Slabs on ground
**About you**:
You are a highly competent and committed "Hands on" Supervisor with a track record of efficiently managing on site construction activities for the purpose of achieving project time and budget objectives. You have attained a high performing reputation on Water projects across the Infrastructure sector, where you love your work and are driven by the challenge of contributing to the success of these projects. You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a mindset of continuous improvement.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of skilled labour, trades and subcontractors
- Read, interpret and troubleshoot engineering drawings
- Define work methodologies, sequences and durations
- Check levels, lines, and grades of new works
- Take charge of site safety including leading pre-starts, completing risk assessments, and ensuring all works are completed in accordance with expectations
- Assist and train less experienced workers in your areas of expertise
**What you need**:
- Good energy and positive attitude, with a focus on solutions and problem solving
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- High level of organisation
- Experience with cost management, negotiation and procurement
- Experience in brownfield treatment plants
- Experience with water-retaining structures, pipework, and chemical dosing
- Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and processes
- Knowledge of SEQ Code
- Highly regarded tickets - work at heights, confined space, operator scissor lift, operate EWP, dogman, excavator, bobcat, first aid, CPR, HR truck licence
- Interested in working in a diverse and multi-skilled team on widely varied water and wastewater projects Comfortable to step out of your lane and try something different.
