**The opportunity**

We’re seeking energetic, reliable, and motivated Labourer’s to join our team and share our same passion for civil maintenance and asphalt labouring related projects.
- **This is a permanent opportunity** - working full-time 38 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement such as a 4-day week.
- **Base Salary Range**: $60,894 to $63,916 pa based on 38 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $908 adverse work conditions allowance + $2,464 retention allowance
- **You will be starting work from** Raymond Terrace or Nelson Bay Depot

- Participate in ‘toolbox’ discussions
- Complete asphalt labouring skills and civil maintenance
- Operate small plant items such as whipper snippers, whacker packers, mowers

**Please Note**: For the purpose of recruitment, the title of Labourer has been used to reflect the equivalent industry title. Internally the official title of this position is Works Hand

- Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills to allow comprehension of worksite documentation
- Sound civil labouring skills using manual handling techniques
- Workcover General Construction Induction accreditation or ability to obtain prior to commencement
- Ability to attain Roads & Traffic Authority Controllers Certificate and LR Driver licence after commencement if not already possessed
