What your typical day will look like

This Programmatic Associate is an entry level role to kick off your career in advertising where you’ll take on an administrative support role servicing a portfolio of clients. Your learning and development will equip you with the skills to execute and optimise digital display & video campaigns so that we exceed targets for our clients.

Reporting to the Programmatic Manager and Programmatic Executive, you will support your team to drive overall performance for clients that utilise display, video and other programmatic media channels to achieve performance goals.

This includes
- Work collaboratively with performance executive and manager to support the delivery and execution of Programmatic campaigns aligned to agreed media plans.
- Support the team to research and define the campaign and audience criteria.
- Administer, monitor and report on campaign performance across Google Ads (more specifically using DV360, CM360) and other Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) platforms as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team to optimise campaigns.
- Assist the team in compiling reporting data for all internal & external meetings.
- Assist with adhoc projects, continuous learning and knowledge sharing of new tools and media trends in market.
- Take ownership of administration tasks for the team, e.g. billings and media reconciliations etc.

A bit about you
- An interest and eagerness to learn and understand the entire media and advertising marketplace, particularly in digital and performance media.
- A demonstrated business acumen teamed with a knack for data and an ability to grasp numerical and mathematical concepts, as you will be working with data and extracting insights for reporting and identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns.
- A basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- You are tech savvy and a practical thinker, having a natural flair for problem solving.
- You are happy collaborating and working within a team environment with strong communication skills.
- Strong communication skills and effective time management

*Salary offered for this is AUD 70400 Including Superannuation*
