Their office in Werribee specializes in conveyancing and as such are looking for a conveyancer to join their team of professionals. The training will be done in Prahran.

**The Role**
- You will typically act for vendors and purchasers, handling residential purchases and sales, commercial and off-the-plan purchases, reviewing contracts of sale, and generally providing an end-to-end conveyancing service that helps their clients' property dreams come to fruition._

**What You Will Do**:

- _Manage property transactions from initial advice to settlement_
- _Deal with residential, commercial, strata, leasehold, off the plan and subdivisions_
- _Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents_
- _Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth process_
- _Conduct research and provide clear, actionable advice to clients ensuring that all legal requirements and obligations are met within deadlines_

**About you**
- _Proven experience in conveyancing, with a solid track record of managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions_
- _Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and conveyancing procedures_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner_
- _Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and cases simultaneously_
- _Proficiency in using case management software_
- _A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest ethical standards_
