**Client Profile**
Our client is leading the charge in creating exciting, innovative and cutting-edge premises in Brisbane. With a focus on the guest experience at every touchpoint as well as providing premium product offerings, they are setting the standard for the rest of the industry.
This role will see you be responsible for all facets of the business including cost management, people experience and product. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue and managing the bottom line.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 5 plus years of experience working in a premium, multifaceted, high-paced environment in a leadership position
- A track record of building high-performing teams with a positive culture
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to manage up as well as down
- World-class customer service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations
- The ability to manage a diverse suite of operations simultaneously
- High-level financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
- Excellent compliance knowledge and ability to manage governing body relationships
