Are you a passionate and ambitious professional looking to join a dynamic, fast-growing company? We the Wild is on a mission to help budding green thumbs grow thriving plants. We're looking for a team member to manage our wholesale customers in NSW and QLD.

**Your role**

Reporting into the Sales Director, the Partnership Manager is highly interactive, engaging, and varied. Tasks include:

- Nurturing and converting new wholesale customers (inbound and outbound lead generation)
- Building meaningful relationships with a variety of stores across QLD and NSW
- Visiting existing and potential stockists; including product demonstrations and merchandising
- Working with the Sales Director on monthly sales reports
- Working with the marketing team to implement wholesale promotions

**About you**:

- You have 2-3 years experience in retail, sales or customer service
- You will be able to work autonomously and remotely, while still communicating with your team
- You thrive around people, and love building relationships
- You are able to think commercially and strategically
- You're organised, with strong attention to detail
- Have a valid drivers license, and the ability to travel intra/inter state

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
