We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for this well established practice on Sydney Northern Beaches. The role is full time and starts now.

We are seeking someone who has a passion for working in the dental industry and is willing to go the extra mile. Continuing education will be encouraged and your hard work will be appreciated and awarded accordingly.

**The role includes all aspects of Reception including;**
- Appointment book management
- Filing and handling confidential information
- Answering phone and handling all enquires
- Accounts
- Debt management
- Recalls
- Customer service

**Essential attributes**:
You must have a good understanding of the concept of customer service and the importance of repeat business. You must be well spoken and be computer literate. We are seeking someone who has a fantastic phone manner and a passion for customer service and building long lasting relationships.
