Analyse, organise, and maintain lending-related data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational goals.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify lending trends in the healthcare sector and provide actionable insights for business strategies.
- Evaluate and improve workflows to reduce processing times and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct evaluations of current loan approval processes, identify gaps, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide strategic business insights by leveraging data to align loan offerings with customer financial goals and uphold responsible lending practices.
- Offer expert advice on lending policies, business processes, and methods to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards, assurance frameworks, and compliance obligations to guide organisational practices.
- Document workflows, data management practices, and compliance procedures specific to healthcare-focused lending.
- Train staff on system usage, data management practices, and compliance standards to improve overall effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and ensure data security.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement business strategies that prioritise exceptional service and satisfaction for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and optimise customer touchpoints throughout the loan lifecycle, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Generate and present comprehensive reports on lending performance metrics for senior leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
