**Location**:Head to Health, Elizabeth

**About the Role**:
As the Early Career Clinical Coordinator, you will lead the development and delivery of a 12-month program for graduate mental health clinicians, supporting their onboarding, supervision, and professional development. You will collaborate with leadership to engage early career clinicians, deliver tailored learning opportunities, and help graduates meet accreditation requirements.

This role involves fostering stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and representing the program at events and meetings.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting and supervising others and have completed or are willing to complete supervisor training
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in mental health services
- Experience in the NGO sector is preferred

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Qualified in one of the following disciplines and membership to associated professional body; Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing.
