**About the Role**
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced **Casual Sales Assistants** to join our team at our **Perth** concession locations in **Myer and David Jones**. If you are passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering premium customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Montique’s brand values
- Support customers with styling advice and fit recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Process sales and handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a tidy and organised concession space
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

**About You**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fashion retail sales role (essential)
- A keen eye for style and a passion for helping women look and feel their best
- A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Available to work across a **rotating roster**, including **weekends**
