**The Position**

An opportunity is available for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a thriving and established company based in Eagle Farm with parking available onsite. This is a permanent full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for working within a high-volume and fast-paced accounting and finance division. You will be an integral member of a high-performing team.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Processing a high volume of invoices through automated ERP system;
- Investigating and reconciling of all outstanding invoices and supplier statements;
- Account maintenance including setting up new suppliers and updating supplier information;
- Processing payments in a timely and accurate manner;
- Processing employee expenses and claims;
- Ad hoc accounts support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts payable function.

**Skills and Experience**:
In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to:

- Ability to work autonomously within a larger accounts payable team;
- Strong sense of ownership;
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships;
- Effective and adaptive communication skills;
