**Restaurant All-Rounder - The Oaks Ranch, Mossy Point**

Nestled between the bush and the beach, **The Oaks Ranch** is a boutique coastal retreat located near Broulee on the NSW South Coast. Our restaurant, **Arlo by The Oaks Ranch**, offers contemporary dining inspired by the region’s finest local produce, with service that is warm, genuine, and professional.

We’re looking for a **Restaurant All-Rounder** to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide friendly and professional service across **breakfast, lunch, and dinner** shifts
- Assist with restaurant and bar setup, service, and pack down
- Take orders and process payments through the POS system
- Carry, clear, and reset tables with efficiency and attention to detail
- Support functions, weddings, and special events as needed
- Work collaboratively with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (but not essential - training provided)
- A positive attitude, strong communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including **breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts**:

- Reliable transport to and from Mossy Point
