**About the position**

Montrose offer this rare opportunity to join their senior leadership team in the capacity of Service Manager for the Brisbane North and surrounding areas team. This region covers north of Brisbane River, including Caboolture, Redcliffe and Moreton Bay areas.

You will be leading a group of dedicated, motivated and fun Allied Health Professionals to continue to deliver high quality evidence informed therapies in the areas of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology. We also provide everyday living skills group service to children and young people with physical disabilities, neuromuscular conditions, development delay and autism. We also have a centralised team of Social workers and Support coordinators who can provide support to families in your region.

**_ You are an experienced Allied Health Service Manager, with an Allied Health Professional background. _**

You are a leader who is invested in supporting our talented therapists, creating a sense of belonging and quality client services.

You have sound experience leading service delivery teams, particularly in allied health.

You have a good working knowledge of the NDIS and clinical governance requirements. You have a working knowledge of budgeting, monitoring performance, and the ability to forecast income and expenses.

You hold current relevant professional body registration (ie AHPRA, SPA or similar), QLD Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening checks, First Aid & CPR, Drivers License and access to a vehicle for work related travel and are fully vaccinated (2 primary + at least 1 booster) against COVID-19 or provide a medical exemption.

You are flexible, with a willingness to work from multiple locations and/or remotely as required.

You are available for a full-time opportunity working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You thrive working as part of a wider peer group of geographically disbursed Service Managers, who also lead delivery of our services across South East Queensland, NSW and the ACT. You will work effectively within this team and across the organisation to grow and advance Montrose’s services, and maximise the success of your team and your clients.
