Spare Parts Interpreter

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, organised and positive individual with a passion for excellence in customer service.

The role will require organised and efficient spare parts interpreting along with attention to detail in completing the related administrative tasks.

**Job responsibilities include**
- Raising quotes, purchase orders and invoices quickly and accurately
- Sourcing required parts from our valued partners and documenting the pricing and other related information in the internal CRM/systems
- Organising the timely movement of goods via inbound and outbound freight
- General CRM management

**About you**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of the heavy equipment industry (Crushing & Screening is an advantage)
- Well organised
- Self-motivated
- A pleasant phone manner
- Passionate can-do attitude
- Great communicator
- Computer proficient
- Comfortable with using occasional math skills
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
