**About the Role**:
You will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from start to finish. You'll work to healthcare guidelines, give good clear advice because of your love for fashion and styling and provide a great experience at every opportunity which exceed our customers’ expectations.

**Skills and experience**:

- Optical dispensing experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Able to work in a large, growing team as well autonomously
- A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environment
- Punctuality, reliability and flexibility to work retail hours
- Experience in a fast paced retail environment or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
