**The role**

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, in this full-time permanent role, you will be a pivotal point in supporting the greater Accounts/Recs team, acting as a conduit between monies in/out, reconciling high volume bank statements, processing member payments, deductions of accounts, and ensuring intercompany transactions are recorded correctly. The position also offers real promotional opportunities.

**Duties**
- Monitoring inbox
- Deductions of member accounts
- Processing member payments
- Ensuring intercompany transactions recorded accurately
- Daily upload of bank statement into the GL and matching/reconciling the bank statement lines to the GL.
- High volume transactions
- Assist with reconciliations and journals for all member/employer inflows and outflows processed through the fund bank accounts
- Ensure appropriate internal controls over receipting and payment activities are designed, documented and operating effectively.
- Ensure appropriate process documentation is maintained.
- Support member operations team in processing benefit payments
- Support member operations team in processing member/employer direct debit contribution payments

**Skills & experience**

Knowledge and experience in Reconciliations within the Super/Fin Services sector, where you have had exposure in dealing with member/fund account reconciliations will be highly regarded. You could currently be or have previously been a Financial Control Analyst, Fund/Recs Analyst or Client Funds Accounts Administrator.
