The Role
- Reporting to the Cluster Manager, this is a senior leadership position within Country Road Victoria, leading the Operations within the national flagship location._
- A newly created Assistant Store Manager role with a focus on Operations and Logistics. Work alongside our Cluster Manager to build a better operational experience in store, with a focus on analyzing operational performance, improving efficiencies, implementing strategies and improving productivity._
- To drive operational excellence and improvement
- Implement and refine better stockroom processes
- Identify new ways of working with a focus on productivity and growth
- Provide inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability
- Lead with a focus on strong people management
- Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the store
- Manage effective control of costs
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures

Key Attributes:

- Proven experience in managing high sales turnover, multi-site environment
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
- Experience managing the performance, training and development of a large team
- Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
- Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership
