Our centre is a smaller, family operated service where we aim to consistently provide early childhood education and care in a safe, welcoming, secure and nurturing environment.

We are privileged to have an amazing educator team who are a dedicated group of professionals that have been selected based on their knowledge and values, their vision for teaching and learning, and their commitment to collaborative partnerships with our families and with one another.

We are located in the lower end of the Central Coast and currently seeking experienced educators. You should already hold a Certificate 3 in Early childhood education and care, Diploma in Children's services or you may even be seeking a Diploma Trainee-ship or already be actively working towards your Early Childhood Teaching degree If this is you, we'd love to meet you

**What you will need;**
- ACECQA Approved early childhood education qualification
- Experience in your role as an educator
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- The ability and willingness to inspire and motivate other educators and teams to their full potential
- Be focused on building fantastic relationships with families through daily meaningful connections
- Computer Skills - Office software and iPad.
- Current approved First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

**About the role**
- Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
- Implement and evaluate programs both indoors and outdoors
- Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children
- Completion of learning observations and analysis of children's progression and development
- Provide leadership, support, assistance, collaborate and build long lasting relationships with other educators
- Develop strong relationships with children and families and effectively communicate with parents and carers
