**Mental Health Support Worker - SIL (Bundoora & Heidelberg)**

Careable is looking for compassionate and experienced **Mental Health Support Workers** to join our team in **Bundoora & Heidelberg SIL houses**. If you have a passion for supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities, we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:
Experience supporting individuals with **psychosocial disabilities**
Strong background in managing **Behaviours of Concern**
Previous experience in a **SIL environment**
Comfortable providing **personal care** and assisting with daily living tasks
Ability to foster a **safe, supportive, and empowering** environment

**Qualifications & Compliance**:
Certificate IV (or higher) in **Mental Health, Disability, or Community Services**
**NDIS Worker Screening Check**
**National Police Clearance**
**First Aid & CPR Certificate**
Current **Driver’s Licence & Reliable Transport**

Pay: Up to $38.00 per hour
