Sign Writer

**About the Role**

As part of a collaborative and professional environment, you will produce a wide variety of signage across multiple formats and materials, servicing clients in retail, commercial, corporate, vehicle, construction, and event sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Layout**: Interpret client briefs and design files using software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
- **Printing & Cutting**: Operate and maintain wide-format digital printers, laminators, and vinyl cutters
- **Fabrication**: Work with materials such as acrylic, aluminium, corflute, ACM, timber, vinyl, and LED systems to construct signs
- **CNC Routing & Laser Cutting**: Use routers or laser cutters for custom shaping and engraving of signage components
- **Painting & Finishing**: Perform basic spray painting or brushwork and assemble signage with clean, professional finishes
- **Installation**: Install signs on-site including building fascia, pylon, window graphics, vehicle wraps, wall murals, wayfinding systems, and illuminated signs
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Carry out signage servicing, replacements, and touch-ups when required
- Ensure all work meets branding specifications, safety standards, and deadlines

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven hands-on experience across the full signwriting process
- Strong knowledge of signage materials, adhesives, tools, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency with signage software and production equipment
- Comfortable working at heights and with access equipment (EWP licence desirable)
- Keen attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow safety procedures and manage job sites
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
