NICA is seeking a Circus Teacher specialising in Handstands to further enrich and diversify its already exceptional team of circus educators.
The National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) is one of the world’s leading training and education institutions in circus arts. Over the years, it has produced many national and international circus artists who now actively perform and are employed by major Circus and Physical Theatre companies around the world.
Circus Teachers must demonstrate experience with at least two different circus specialties, ideally in one or more of the following: Hula Hoops, Contortion, Roue Cyr, Single Point Aerial Apparatus, Foundational training including Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility, acrobatics, tumbling and/or trampoline
The National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA LTD) is a not-for-profit company, partnering with Collarts (Australia College for the Arts), and established to create world class training for the contemporary circus and physical theatre industry.
