Our commitment to quality and efficiency makes us a trusted name in the industry. We are now seeking a skilled and motivated **Exporter** to join our team in Mittagong, Australia.

**Responsibilities**

**Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure all export activities adhere to Australian and international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes to trade legislation and documentation requirements.

**Cost Management & Profitability**
- Monitor and manage export-related costs to optimise profitability.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to develop cost-effective strategies.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to secure competitive rates.

**Quality Assurance**
- Oversee product packaging, loading, and shipping processes to ensure products meet quality standards upon arrival.

**Main Tasks**

**Documentation & Record-Keeping**
- Prepare export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) and ensure they are accurate and complete.
- Maintain organised records of all shipments, including tracking numbers and compliance certificates.

**Logistics Coordination**
- Schedule and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
- Track shipments in transit and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

**Market Analysis**
- Gather and analyze market data to identify potential areas for expansion or optimization.
- Provide insights to management regarding emerging trends and competitor activities.

**Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution**
- Address any transportation delays, customs clearance issues, or other logístical hurdles.
- Work proactively with internal teams and external partners to find quick resolutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in export operations or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of Australian export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with business software and inventory systems.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

**What We Offer**
- **Annual Salary**: AUD $80,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
