**The Position**:
**_ We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join the care team our residential aged care home _**_Sir William Hudson Memorial Centre _**_in Cooma, New South Wales. We have multiple positions available._**

**Requirements**:

- A relevant qualification for the position, Certificate III Individual Support.
- A genuine interest for working in aged care.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility for shift work.
