We are currently looking for an Experience Telecommunications Technician/Rigger
You'll be working with our experienced team in delivering projects across NSW Australia.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Know how to Integrate and Commission Ericsson Baseband Unit and Nokia Airscale
- Know how to Terminate DC cables to Power System Unit.
- Alarm Troubleshooting using PIM tester, Site Master, Distance-to-Fault, Return Loss and Feeder Termination.
- Swap-out, Upgrade and Decommissioning of Mobile Telecommunication Equipment.
- Installation of antenna mounting hardware, steelworks, hangers, feeder trays and transmission equipment on Rooftop, Lattice and Monopole.
- Use of EWP's as required to carry out works on site.
- Working at Heights/Rigging
- Completing all tasks to a high-quality standard in compliance with Customer
- Maintaining / achieving SLA time frames and providing all necessary updates to the Site Supervisors.
- Ensuring all working at heights activities are performed safely and in accordance with Infinity and client safety procedures.
- Ensuring that OH&S Policy requirements are observed and followed.
Skills and experience required:
- 2+ years previous Telecommunications Technician and Rigging experience (essential)
- Experience and strong knowledge of Nokia and Ericsson 3G, 4G, 5G equipment
- Knowledge of all Telstra, Optus and VHA standards.
- Working at heights certified with the ability to comfortably operate at heights regularly, Previous climbing experience is essential.
- Knowledge of Telecommunication rigging techniques and best practice
- A current Certificate in Rigging (Basic, Advanced or intermediate preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practice.
- Good communication skills.

- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Tower rescue Certificate
- Working at Heights Certificate
- High Risk Certificate / Rigging Certificate
- Construction induction certificate
- EWP above 11m certificate
- Australian Driving license
- Full-Australia Working Rights
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
