ALMAdeLIA is excited to announce that we have a wonderful opportunity to join our beautiful Pop-up Kiosk in Chatswood Chase for 3 Retail Sales Associates.

ALMAdeLIA Pop-up Kiosk is located in Chatswood Chase on the Ground Level (in front of David Jones), at 345 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067.

The operation hours are:

- Weekdays 9:30 am-5:30 pm
- Thursday 9:30 am -5:30 pm or 5:30 pm-9:00 pm
- Saturday 9:00 am -5:00 pm
- Sunday 10:00 am -5:00 pm

**Job descriptions**:

- Set up and wrap up kiosk area every day, ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
- Greet customers when they walk past the kiosk and invite them over for sample tryouts
- Ask customers about their skincare concerns and relate them to ALMAdeLIA products
- Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Upsell extra items when appropriate, such as offering combo deals or beauty tools
- Invite customers to follow our Instagram to discover discounts and giveaways
- Check and record stock before and after each day’s work, assist in managing and replenishing stock

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- High-energy, friendly personality
- Capable of interpreting customers’ words and showing them products that meet their needs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Being a great listener and using feedback constructively
- Fluent in English

We offer competitive rates and bonuses

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
