Minutes to Seconds is looking for an Oracle Finance Cloud Analyst in a full-time role in Melbourne.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
System Implementation & Support**:

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Finance Cloud modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, P2P etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to map business requirements to Oracle Finance Cloud functionalities.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical and functional issues.
- **
Business Process Optimization**:

- Analyze and improve finance business processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and recommend best practices for financial reporting and compliance.
- **
User Training & Documentation**:

- Develop and deliver user training for finance teams and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
- **
Customization & Integration**:

- Work with technical teams to design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and financial analytics.
- **
Compliance & Reporting**:

- Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **
Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Oracle Finance Cloud certification is preferred.
- **
Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials (Cloud/ERP).
- Proven track record of leading finance system implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.).
- **
Skills**:

- Expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
- Proficient in SQL, OTBI, FRS, and other Oracle Cloud reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in integrating Oracle Finance Cloud with other cloud or on-premises ERP systems.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Project management experience with agile or waterfall methodologies.

The client would prefer someone who has experience in retail or supply chain and is open to a permanent position.
