The company

The business has been operating in the wholesale air-conditioning industry for 12 years and provides our products to a loyal customer base with a solid history within its field, we are now looking for a Trade Sales/ Warehouse Operations person to join the team.

The role

Your role will be busy and keep you on your toes. You will be looking after internal customer sales for existing and new customers that come into the business, that requires you to have excellent customer service, great relationship building skills and fantastic organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Sales of Air-Conditioning Accessories and Components
- Processing orders and collecting products in the warehouse for customers
- General administration of all orders whilst offering excellent customer service
- Warehouse Logistics and Operations
- Ability to build great relationships with new and existing clients to win new business.
- Manage stock control to ensure we have enough stock for all customers that come into the Trade warehouse.
- Safely utilise warehouse equipment and forklifts on-site.

The person

To be successful in the role you will ideally be experienced in the following:

- Customer sales support experience with a trade background preferred
- Excellent customer focus
- Great time management
- Experience within the electrical/ air conditioning industry would be advantageous
- A high level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident phone manner
- Great computer/administration skills
- Considers themselves to be the go-to person for customers
- A high level of communication and presentation skills
- An Open Manual Drivers license.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Counter sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
