Grantscapes Constructions is a Melbourne-based concreting company delivering structural, civil, and decorative concrete solutions across the commercial sector. We’re a trusted subcontractor to Tier 2 and 3 builders and are known for our consistency, capability, and no-fuss approach on site.

Our projects span metropolitan and regional Victoria, with a strong presence in the education, government, and community sectors. From structural raft slabs and footings to hard landscaping, paving, and custom decorative finishes - we take on a variety of scopes that require both technical skill and teamwork.

**What the Job Involves**

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and solving problems on the job. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Setting up and stripping formwork for pours
- Finishing concrete with care and precision, including trowelling, edging, stippling, and other common finishes
- Reading and interpreting plans to ensure work is carried out accurately
- Maintaining a safe, organised worksite

We’re looking for someone who:

- Shows up on time and can be counted on
- Has experience in concreting, landscaping, or construction (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Holds a valid White Card (required)
- Can provide or obtain a Working with Children Check (many of our sites are schools)
- Is physically fit and capable of manual labour (lifting and carrying materials)
- Has a valid driver’s licence

A good attitude and the ability to work well with others is a must.
