Dental Receptionist

Job description

Provide an outstanding level of service and care to patients, at all times by creating a warm, friendly and welcoming environment
Liaise on a daily basis with the dentists, owners in regards to patient appointments, procedures and running of the practice
Ensure dental instruments and equipment are sterilised in accordance with standards
Co-ordinate ordering and stocking of surgery in association with other staff on a daily basis
- Sense of belonging to the practice and loyalty to the owners.
- Previous experience as a Dental receptionist/practice manager/assistant is recommended but not essential criteria for this job
- Must have minimum two years customer service experience
- Knowledge of Dental 4 Windows or willingness to learn.
- A high level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the customers and staff
- You thrive on working in a fast paced environment

- This job is not suitable for a university student as full-time work commitment is required
