We are a neighborhood coffee shop/wine bar located in Fitzroy on a lookout for an experienced all rounder/ Barista.

This role calls for efficiency in workflow, coffee knowledge and proven experience in a similar-sized venue, as well as impeccable customer service.

Your duties will be:

- Dial-in and prepare espresso and filter coffee
- Facilitate consistent and efficient bar service, working alongside other teammates
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Keep service counters clean and fully stocked
- Liaise regularly with management
- Interact with customers and deliver high quality service

Your key skills required are:

- At least 2 years of experience working with specialty coffee and service standards
- Extensive knowledge of specialty coffee including brewing with both filter and espresso brew methods
- Experience dialling in multiple coffees on a range of equipment
- The ability to supervise, direct & contribute to a small team in a busy service environment
- Experience in some level of food and wine service is desirable but not essential
