We’re seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Officer to join our Warragul site, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor the Quality Assurance Officer plays a key role in ensuring we are sending the best quality product out to our customers. A key part of the role is liaising daily with our packing and distribution teams so excellent communication skills are a must to be successful in the role. Some key responsibilities will include:

- Assist with audits and maintain QA schedules
- Raise and follow through on CARs
- Perform pre-delivery inspections to meet customer standards
- Analyse retention samples and report quality issues
- Support cleaning and housekeeping activities

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a high level of initiative and loves attention to detail. Previous experience in quality is not required as full training will be provided.
