**About the role**:

- **Full-time position - Monday-Friday (07:30 - 15:30)**:

- You will attend to various gardening & landscaping requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
- Though predominantly a gardening role there is an element of building/grounds maintenance
- Liaise directly with the Community Manager to ensure tasks & projects undertaken are safe and timely
- Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community
- Complete adhoc tasks in line with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly

**About you**:

- Experience in a Gardening/Landscaping environment
- Experience in a Trade, General Maintenance and Handy skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple requests
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- A friendly person willing to go the extra mile for the residents
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations
