**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
With our vision in mind, we are searching for an experienced, customer-focused Finance Analyst to work on a full-time basis in our Finance department.

The ideal applicant for this position must have extensive experience in a variety of financial disciplines and be adept at verbal, written, and in-person meetings.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Reconciliation and procedures for trust account
- Payments to suppliers and property owners
- Reconciliation of the statements vs reservations.
- Download bank statements and reporting balances across all bank accounts to required parties daily
- Look after reconciliations daily
- Attention to all the finance inquiries coming from property owners and partners
- Departmental approval, control, and allocation of refunds.
- Generation of reporting on trust accounts for internal and external clients.
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including control and communication with the Finance team located in Venezuela.
- Assisting with Audit Queries Trust Accounts/Financial Audit
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end processing and analysis, including the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement, and the monitoring/control of account receivables/payables.
- Use appropriate accounting procedures, policies, and principles
- Reconcile and monitor the Account Receivables/Account Payables section of the balance sheet.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records for transaction documentation
- Xero expertise desirable
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Control and Documentation of the charge-back from customers

**KEY TRAITS**
- Minimum of two years of Finance experience
- Capacity to manage vast quantities of data
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles, procedures, standards, rules, and regulations
- Extreme attention to detail and exactness
- Real estate accounting experience in a trust
- Excellent communication skills
