PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We are currently seeking a Processing Supervisor to assist in planning, managing and supervising labour and facilities to ensure that processing operations run effectively and efficiently.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Resource management in line with processing forecasts;
- Set and manage KPI's for the team to ensure Processing goals are met;
- Control the work of any sub-contractors working on site;
- Assess the need for overtime to meet fluctuations in demand;
- Ensure the timely processing of vehicles;
- Maintain the training record and skill matrix to ensure that current training is adequate;
- Review all measuring equipment calibration records;
- Supervise the operation of the parts store to ensure adequate stock levels and quarantine of defective parts;
- Promote a continuously improving service culture within the branch and implement quality principles;
- Perform or assist with quality audits and implement any corrective actions where necessary.

**About you**:

- Excellent organisational and planning skills;
- Reliable and a dedicated person with drive and energy;
- Experience supervising, leading or managing a team is beneficial;
- Willing to support your team mates where needed;
- Show initiative and flexibility in your approach to work;
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship;
- Prior experience in the auto industry an advantage;
- Mechanical/ electrical aptitude an advantage.
