Gaming Attendant

We are currently recruiting for a casual Gaming Attendant to join our friendly and professional team at The Keilor Hotel. As a Bar and Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service across our Bar and Gaming room.
- The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and demonstrate: _
- Gaming experience (Essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Hospitality related industry experience (preferred)
- The successful applicant must possess the following: _
- VCGLR regulation & legislative understanding
- Current (RSA) Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
- Current (RSG) Victorian Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (Essential)
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence (Essential)
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Cashier duties including all machine services (book pays, refills, faults)
- Maintaining compliance and responsible gaming practices
- Cash handling, EFTPOS transactions and accurate summaries of daily transaction activity
- Ensuring all areas of the bar and gaming room are well presented
- Offering the highest level of customer service to all customers

**Salary**: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour

- RSA and RSG (preferred)
