Negin Asia Bakery located in Dandenong provides high quality pastries, cookies and traditional sweets from asia. A baker must be able to bake simple recipes such as puff pastries and raisin cookies but also be able to decorate fresh cream and fondant birthday and wedding cakes for example on a regular basis.

Responsibilities at work may include:

- making bulk fresh cream frosting and doughs
- making sponge cake from scratch in large amounts
- decorating fresh cream and fondant cakes
- making and learning new recipes
- baking cookies and sweets
- be able to keep surfaces clean and sanitizing utensils

Working Hours: 8AM - 4PM

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- DANDENONG, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
