**About the role**:
This permanent part-time position involves working in our therapeutic homes for children aged 12-18 living in Out of Home Care. You’ll be part of a 24/7 rotating roster (morning, afternoon, night, sleepover & awake shifts) with your schedule provided 2 weeks in advance.

**Locations include**:

- Thornleigh
- West Pymble
- Artarmon

You’ll work closely with young people with complex needs, helping them heal, grow, and thrive through trauma-informed care and meaningful relationships. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or trauma is highly valued and will help you succeed in this role.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Cert III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enrol)
- Experience working with young people facing emotional, behavioural, or social challenges.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care.
- Ability to build trust, maintain boundaries, and use behaviour support strategies.
- Excellent report writing and safeguarding practices.
- NSW Driver’s Licence + comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Working With Children Check.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
