**About the Role**

Gaining excellent exposure to the operations of our business and external stakeholders, we have a rewarding role for an experienced Quality and Compliance Officer to join our Integrity Systems Company team.

**The responsibilities of the role are**:

- Undertaking surveillance activities and implementing nonconformance management frameworks.
- Preparation of agendas, papers, reports and minutes for various ISC Committees in relation to compliance and quality activities.
- Processing ISC data access requests including subpoenas and NLIS data requests for research.
- Developing and continuing to improve processes and procedures to maintain quality.

**Our ideal Quality and Compliance Officer has**:

- Experience undertaking compliance activities, internal and supplier audits and nonconformity management.
- Drive to assist livestock producers understand program requirements and undertaken nonconformity management activities.
- The ability to coordinate assessments, testing and trials of livestock identification devices.
- Experience preparing agenda, papers, reports and minutes for Committees and working groups.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve processes and procedures to underpin quality and compliance activities.
