**The Role**

As our Performance Media Specialist, you will spearhead and orchestrate paid media campaigns across diverse platforms, catering to a spectrum of lead generation and e commerce clients. Your role will be pivotal in devising and executing strategies, igniting engagement, and optimising campaigns to achieve unprecedented performance benchmarks.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Crafting and executing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Engaging in consultative dialogues with clients to glean insights into their business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Furnishing data-rich campaign performance insights and recommendations.
- Conducting meticulous campaign audits and strategy reviews.
- Harnessing the power of digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other industry platforms.
- Cultivating robust communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, championing proactive client engagement and out-of-the-box ideation.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Over 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, with a pronounced emphasis on Paid Media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in ad content creation.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- A penchant for building rapport with peers and clients, coupled with adeptness in team collaboration.
- Strong analytical acumen and data-driven decision-making prowess.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications will be advantageous.

Pay: $61,375.23 - $80,000.00 per year
