What You’ll Do:

- Leadership: Inspire, lead, and guide our team
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service.
- Customer Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure they have the best experience possible
- Quality Control: Maintain food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
- Financial Savvy: Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control.
- Innovation: Collaborate on menu updates and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Proven management experience (QSR experience preferred but not essential).
- Passion for great food and giving back.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: From $52,117.83 per year

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
