**Teacher of Health and Physical Education**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher of Health and Physical Education to engage with and inspire our girls and boys at Grimwade House, commencing in 2026.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and teaching a comprehensive curriculum using a technology-rich, explicit, integrated and inquiry-based approach
- Assessing and differentiating learning for the needs of all students
- Running a class where children thrive
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure innovative teaching and learning practices are continually improved
- Select and prepare school representatives and individuals for School Sport Victoria events
- Participating in all aspects of school life beyond the classroom.

**You will**:

- Be an exceptional teacher whose professional practice and values aligns with the School and our approach to a holistic education
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with students, staff and parents
- Have a collaborative and collegial approach to sharing experience and knowledge
- Be supported to participate in external professional development opportunities
- VIT registration, or the ability to gain this, is essential for this position._
