The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the overall presentation of the property (guest rooms and public areas) through effective and efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department, focusing on maximising cleanliness, profitability, and guest satisfaction. In addition, housekeeping managers monitor the adequacy of maintenance inventory, coordinate with suppliers and third-party vendors.

**We are looking for**:

- Dynamic, vibrant, confident, friendly, and professional personality
- A demonstrated hands-on approach within a 4/5-star Housekeeping Department conducting daily room inspections to ensure duties have been completed to meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times
- Customer-centric, passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail in maintaining brand standards
- Superior communication skills with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team
- Demonstrate established effective and positive inter-departmental relationships with Hotel teams and the Rooms Division team
- Demonstrate Leadership, organising and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience managing a team performance in areas of - quality and productivity, including training, development, rostering, work allocation and performance improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to manage finances and budget
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a housekeeping leadership role (highly desirable)
- Tertiary education in Business or Hotel Management (desirable)
- You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
