Your Health Hub is seeking an Accredited Practising Dietitian to join their diverse multi-disciplinary team. This role involves the delivery of nutrition therapy in a private practice setting. It is a part time position, initially for two days per week, with the potential to increase in the future.

**The Position**:
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established multi-disciplinary private practice and work as part of a highly professional team of health care providers. Your Health Hub have a strong referral base, provide administrative support and a professional, pleasant, and fun working environment.

The position will suit a motivated dietitian with a focus on providing client-centred care, setting realistic goals, and providing practical advice. The successful applicant will be friendly, motivated, and possess strong rapport-building skills.

You will see clients across all areas of dietetics, including but not limited to, diabetes management, weight management, cardiovascular disease, IBS, PCOS, disordered eating etc. You may also conduct home visits to provide nutrition care for NDIS clients.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Membership with Dietitians Australia with Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status.
- High level of interpersonal skills with client-focused approach to dietetic care.
- Organised and able to work independently.
- Dedication to deliver high quality evidence-based care.
- Ability to liaise effectively with health professionals and clients.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance and a Medicare Provider Number.
- Current Police Check & Working with Vulnerable People Check.
