**About the Role**

As a Senior Leader in Finance at WWG, reporting to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in leading our planning processes and partnering with all areas of our business to provide advisory support that will enhance commercial decision making and contribute to our growth and success. You will lead the Corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting process, as well as Reporting, which ranges from monthly reports to the preparation of board papers. As part of this role, you will also oversee the Capital Planning process which includes business case review and benefits tracking.

It will be important that you can offer a fresh perspective, and drive insights that are impactful and support our goals. Your passion for coaching and leading a talented, engaged team, coupled with your ability to influence and drive change, will be crucial in providing commercial and strategic leadership.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Managing the end-to-end process of all Board and relevant WES/WIS Reporting and overseeing the production of an insightful monthly Management Reporting pack.
- Leading the annual corporate planning and budgeting process, as well as forecasting across the business.
- Leading the business partnering team to drive actionable insights that enhance commercial decision making.
- Support a robust Capital Planning process which include business case review and implementation of benefits tracking on key projects.
- Supporting the growth agenda of the business by ensuring team strategic objectives are aligned to the overall vision of the business.
- Play an essential role by challenging the thinking across the business.
- Providing effective leadership & coaching to build a high-performance team and foster a ‘high care’ culture.

**What we’re looking for**

You will be commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you’ll ideally have:

- Big 4 transactional services or Industry with 10+ years in Commercial and / or accounting skills
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- CPA / CA / MBA preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong business case writing and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve desired or targeted commercial outcomes
