**Role Description/Criteria**

**Specifically, the role will centre on**:

- Communications and Publications
- Educational excellence oversight
- Mission and Mercy ethos events and activities oversight
- Professional Development Programme development - Board Directors, College Advisory Councils, Senior School Staff and Student Leaders
- Senior school leader appointments and appraisal assistance

Excellent communication skills, relevant qualifications, successful leadership experience at a senior level (for example Principal, Assistant Director) in more than one Catholic school or Catholic education setting will be essential. Flexible working conditions are negotiable.
