**360 Personnel** are currently seeking experienced Administration Assistants for a restoration company based in Punchbowl.

Our client provides fire and flood restoration and clean up services with integrated restorative solutions from receipt of a request for quote through to customer sign off for all work performed.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Administrative experience is required including strong word processing skills, and experience in customer service. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, great communication skills and will fit in with our clients team culture.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception Duties
- Scheduling
- Processing orders
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Filing of records
- Typing
- Basic office administration
