The Australian Natural Soap Company is hiring a casual Warehouse Assistant to help pack customer orders and support general day-to-day operations at our Dandenong warehouse. This is a casual position, with **15 to 30 hours per week initially**, and the potential for more hours.

We’re a small, values-driven team making natural, sustainable soaps right here in Australia. This role is hands-on, practical, and suited to someone who’s reliable, organised, and happy to get stuck into a range of tasks.

What you’ll be doing
- Packing customer orders carefully and accurately
- Printing shipping labels and scanning orders using a simple computer system (training provided)
- Assembling and sealing cardboard boxes for dispatch
- Keeping the packing station tidy and well-stocked (labels, tape, tissue etc.)
- General warehouse upkeep - taking out bins, sweeping, light tidying
- Assisting with other tasks as needed - including occasional help with soap production for the right person

About you
- You’re reliable, punctual, and don’t mind repetitive tasks
- You’ve got good attention to detail - you take pride in packing things properly
- You’re confident using a basic computer system (or willing to learn)
- You’re physically capable - the work isn’t heavy, but you’ll be on your feet
- You’re happy to pitch in with whatever needs doing

Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential - we’ll show you the ropes.

Hours and pay
- **Casual role: 15-30 hours/week**, depending on workload
- Hours are weekdays only, with some flexibility
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods
