- **What is involved in this role?**_

**We have a variety of casual shifts available that range from 2 to 10 hours, 7 days a week, including morning, afternoon, and active overnight shifts.**

As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care to enhance the lives of our beloved elderly clients right in the comfort of their homes, all while following their personalised care and support plans.

Your responsibilities span a wide range, from personal care and transportation to social assistance that enables clients to participate in community activities. You'll also assist our clients with cleaning and cooking tasks, all in alignment with our duty lists, policies, procedures, and, most importantly, our client's preferences.

**Location**:_**Areas of support needed for clients include;**_
- Rockingham
- Mandurah
- Peel region

Providing support to our elderly clients living in the community involves traveling to multiple clients per day and providing varied support in their own homes
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Ageing
- 3 months of industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Vehicle service log book
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current National police clearance or NDIS Worker Screening* (preferred)
- NDIS Orientation (preferred)
- Current Working with Children Check (preferred / essential if also working in disability)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Current Manual Handling Medication Administration (in-house training provided)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination
