**The Opportunity**:
- Support the Digital Digital & work with a team creatively led individuals that support each
- Working directly with the client & key stakeholders
- Prepare copy which is within style guidelines, creative, entertaining, well-researched, informative, and matches the brief and contract provided
- Ensuring all campaigns are subbed, fact-checked and carry catchy ‘commercially-driven and SEO optimised’ headlines
- Liaising with internal account managers, sales and validation to ensure that all copy is accurate and in line with the determined marketing angle
- Ensuring content in the CMS are updated throughout the production process
- Ensuring all fine print, header, sub header, campaign title, campaign description highlights, campaign info etc is all up to date and ready to go live
- Scoping, creating and producing multi platform commercial and non-commercial content, as well as generating innovative ideas to engage new and existing audiences
- Assisting to achieve set targets around website traffic, social media content, newsletter and engagement levels, as well as digital revenue targets.

**You**:
- Currently live in Melbourne, AUS
- 2-3+ years in a similar digital role (OR digital production, with at least 1+ year as a Mid Producer) is ideal
- Relevant tertiary degree
- Team leadership and management experience is ideal
- Solid copywriting experience
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Highly proficient in project management and documentation
- Excellent networker with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Passion for digital marketing with strong knowledge in social media
- Highly skilled in online advertising campaigns and eDMs
- Previous experience with budget management and reporting
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written).
