**The Service**:

**The Opportunity**

As the Room Leader you will lead the toddler age group with 12 children in the room. This is a great opportunity to work with the local community and services to support children's growth and development.

The service has low staff turnover and high levels of employee engagement, this is due to the support the team gets from the leadership team, the resources and work place culture.

To be considered for this position you will have,
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent
- WWCC
- Ideally OVER 1 year of experience in a similar role
- in depth knowledge of the VEYLF and NQS
- Strong communication skills
- Team focused
